I contacted Elrafie Towing (which appears to be affiliated with or outsourced from ARM Towing) for a vehicle lockout while heading to the airport.
Despite some initial shock at the price charged for the lockout, after discussing this with the company, they partially reimbursed the payment, which I appreciated and felt was a reasonable effort to resolve the concern.
While the situation was stressful due to time constraints, I’m glad we were able to talk it through and reach a partial resolution.
I would recommend confirming pricing in advance so expectations are clear.
